Penh South

Large scale district development master plan with integrated phasing and creation of mixed use livable courtyards. We balanced nature and built areas and took the opportunity to explore smart city principles to provide opportunities for sharing economies, multiple use spaces and encourage a healthy district that was walkable and engaging.
