Masterplan

Large scale district development master plan with integrated phasing and creation of mixed use livable plazas as the driving concept. The development draws inspiration from the historical creation of town squares and looks to provide a roadmap for delivery of diversity of uses and rich communities that are not reliant on cars and have connection to the local natural environment.
