Our role

Architecture

Design of shared co-housing project to enable first time buyers from low-income backgrounds to get on the housing ladder. Designed in collaboration with Goldfame group, the housing is primarily but not exclusively intended for factory workers. By creating shared living spaces and private bedrooms the cost per unit could be reduced to the point that makes it an affordable alternative to rented accomodation.
